Considered an annex of Kotor as it encompasses most of the fortress town’s residential area, seaside Dobrota has a vibe all of it’s own. Quieter than its bustling neighbour, though still walking distance to the walled city’s many diversions, Dobrota’s seafront is comprised of old captain’s villas restored as seaside cafés and petite hotels, all of which offer picturesque views of Mount Vrmac. Popular with foreign buyers, discerning holidaymakers, and resident expats, it’s one of the Bays more stylish enclaves.
