15 minutes from Rose, accessible only by boat which you can hire from Rose, this extremely pretty cove with a small swimming beach is serviced by one charming seafood restaurant and a funky little beach bar. Very picturesque and a bit out of the way, it maintains a laid back vibe even when it gets busy in July and August.

Just beyond Budva, this kilometre long, crescent-shaped beach is famous for having hosted concerts by the Rolling Stones and Madonna. Divided by some rocks, the smaller “left” side tends to be quieter and offer more space.

Mogren beach

Follow the cliff walk past the Hotel Avala to this secluded but popular beach with cocktail service. The blue flag beach Mogren was named after the Spanish mariner Morgini who shipwrecked nearby. Earlier is better as the beach loses its sun in late afternoon.

Queen of Montenegro

Awarded the most beautiful beach in the Mediterranean in the 1930s, Becici now features several large hotels and is buzzing during high season. Relax on the sun beds (15€) of the luxury hotel Queen of Montenegro and enjoy their excellent service under the sun.
